Experience in education…

Graduated from the Aveda Institute of Atlanta and have worked at Paul Mitchell the School of Atlanta for over 5 years.

Experience in the beauty industry…

I have been in the beauty industry for 10 years. I have worked as a stylist in salons but really enjoy the opportunity to get in at the ground floor by working in a school.

My mentor, or the person who has most inspired me is…

This is a tough one. I feel inspired by so many people for so many reasons. I get inspired by my Paul Mitchell family all the time. I get inspired by world travelers. I get inspired by couples who have been together for 50 plus years. I love being inspired and I am always looking for people in my life that have passion. Passion for anything is what is truly inspiring. When it's all said and done, if I had to pick a person that has inspired me the most, it would be my husband. He has such a wondrous spirit and is always in search of the things in this world that leave you in awe.

My favorite thing about working at Paul Mitchell The School Atlanta is…

I love being able to see the industry from all aspects. One day I'm in the office helping students apply for loans, the next day I'm watching a fashion show. You never know what to expect on a day here at Paul Mitchell the School Atlanta, which in itself is exciting!

To me, living beautifully means…

Living beautifully is putting energy and love into something that offers no direct benefit to yourself. Selflessness is beautiful and making someone else feel beautiful is what this industry is truly about.

Fabiola Crovetto, MSW

Admissions Leader

Experience in education…

I worked in admissions for a couple of years before landing at Paul Mitchell, and it has been such a delight to meet SO many people who are passionate about learning their craft. My Masters degree is in Social Work, so I was trained to talk to people and help them achieve their goals, so even though that wasn't a career in education, it has definitely helped me to put people on the path to their dream in cosmetology.

Experience in the beauty industry…

I'm not a licensed cosmetologist, but I did learn from my own hairdresser how to give myself an awesome blow out so I would be camera ready to model jewelry on TV. (I was a hand/jewelry model in a past life.) I can also slap on a perfect coat of polish in a matter of minutes, since I had to do that every day before work. When the camera is zoomed all the way in to just your hand and the insanely expensive ring you’re wearing, your manicure has to be flawless.

My mentor, or the person who has most inspired me is…

My aunt Viode, because she is a student of life and has a love for continually learning new and interesting things.

My favorite thing about working at Paul Mitchell The School Atlanta is…

Being around so many talented people who love, love, love what they do every day.

To me, living beautifully means…

Being the best self I can be every day and honoring the light in those around me.

Carolann Robinson

Director of Enrollment

Experience in education…

I’ve worked in education for more than 15 years! I was director of public relations at the Barbizon School of Modeling, assistant director of admissions at the Art Institute of Atlanta, and director of admissions at The Creative Circus - an advertising portfolio school - before coming to Paul Mitchell, where I have been director of enrollment since January of 2014. My bachelor's degree is in the Fine Arts, so I love and understand 'creatives'.

Experience in the beauty industry…

I was a fashion model for 15 years. I modeled with the Ford Modeling Agency in NYC and my experiences included runway, print, tv and video!

My mentor, or the person who has most inspired me is…

My grandmother. She had style, grace, humor, and wisdom, and was the life of the party! She lived to be 106.

My favorite thing about working at Paul Mitchell The School Atlanta is…

Helping our students realize their potential by mentoring and guiding them through the admissions process and on to the first days of their new career. I’m definitely a dream maker and I am lucky I can blend my experiences in fashion & beauty with my experiences in education!

To me, living beautifully means…

Doing unto others as you would have others do unto you. Peace, love and harmony.
