Winn Claybaugh. Winn is the dean and co-founder of Paul Mitchell Schools, and without him and John Paul Dejoria, we wouldn’t be here today! Winn is also the creator of our “Be Nice (Or Else!)” culture that I strive to live my daily life by. He is extremely inspiring because he truly cares about every Future Professional and Paul Mitchell School, and encourages us all to be positive no matter what comes our way.
