Experience in education…

I started with the school in 2006 as a Learning Leader, moved into a Future Professional Advisor role, and now am an Education Leader. I have also worked in the classroom as cutting specialist, color specialist, and assisted in clinic floor structure.

Experience in the beauty industry…

I'm a third-generation hairdresser and barber who has contributed to the beauty industry for over 20 years. I have been a salon manager and owner, as well as a salon educator before leaving the salon completely to fulfill a longtime dream of teaching in a school.

My mentor, or the person who has most inspired me is…

My mother. She is an amazing hairdresser, an amazing mother, and the strongest woman I will ever meet—an ultimate DAYMAKER!

My favorite thing about working at Paul Mitchell The School Delaware is…

That it has changed my life by teaching me that the person responsible for making me happy is myself. We are a family, and every day we aspire to pay it forward, one Future Professional at a time!

To me, living beautifully means…

The best way to learn something wonderful is to teach it to someone else – every challenge is a learning and teaching opportunity.

Kimberly Lee-Bowman

Future Professional Advisor, Learning Leader, Paul Mitchell The School Delaware graduate

Experience in education…

I always knew I wanted to help others. In cosmetology school I had invested a few hours in the school's instructor program. Later in life, after a long break from the industry and being in the office world for awhile, I realized that I wasn't doing what I wanted to do and found myself at Paul Mitchell The School Delaware. I graduated the Instructor Program in 2013, and obtained my teaching license in Delaware so I could help others grow.

Experience in the beauty industry…

In 1993 I was licensed in Pennsylvania and worked at many salons over the course of several years. I took a break from the industry professionally but always maintained my license. In 2013 I came to Paul Mitchell The School Delaware to complete the Instructor Program so I could return to this amazing industry.

My mentor, or the person who has most inspired me is…

Kathy Buckley. An amazing visionary who has seen troubled times in her life and has grown from those events into an amazing, beautiful, giving, and loving person. Her story and her words are so inspiring. She is a reminder that no matter what happens in your life you can get over it, move from it, and grow into an even better and stronger person than you ever imagined.

My favorite thing about working at Paul Mitchell The School Delaware is…

That I get to help people every day of my life. I feel my life has purpose when helping others, and if anything I say or do will help another to grow, that is the greatest reward of all.

To me, living beautifully means…

To live each day as if it were your last. Tell those you love that you love them. Appreciate everyone and everything in your life, because in the blink of an eye things can change. Count every blessing instead of counting every curse.

Jeneice Taylor

Experience in the beauty industry…

Outside of working at Paul Mitchell The School Delaware, I have had the opportunity to assist ARCS and Kelly Cardenas in shows. I have done various fashion shows and photo shoots.

My mentor, or the person who has most inspired me is…

The Future Professionals. They inspire me every single day with their drive and desire to achieve greatness. It pushes me out of my comfort zone to think outside the box, so that I can help keep their passion going.

My favorite thing about working at Paul Mitchell The School Delaware is…

That there is never a dull day! Whether it's a random dance party, theme day, or just simply having fun, I always have something fabulous to share with my husband about my day!

To me, living beautifully means…

To make the most out of every day. Take the time to tell someone "I love you" or "thank you.” Understand the simple things in life, and find something to appreciate daily is living beautifully!
