Guest Service Procedures
Welcome to Our Clinic Classroom
We strive to create an environment of learning and discovery in our Clinic Classroom. To ensure the best experience for both our guests and Future Professionals, we kindly ask that everyone follows these guidelines:
- Guests not receiving a service must remain in the designated waiting area, as the Clinic Classroom is a learning environment.
- Guests under 18 years old receiving a service must have a guardian present to complete the consultation and sign the release form.
- Guests under 16 years old must have a guardian remain in the waiting area for the duration of the service.
- Services are not permitted for children under the age of 9 years old.
- Children under 18 years old must not be left unattended in the waiting area. A responsible adult (18+ years old) must remain with them for the entirety of the service.
- Appointments are scheduled to accommodate our Future Professionals’ learning process. Please plan for your service to take 2–3 hours.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service (e.g., a color service may need to be changed to a haircut) or reschedule your appointment to a later date.
- Please allow 15–30 minutes for a consultation before your service. Chemical services may require a strand test to determine processing times and achieve the best results.
- Guests may request a specific Future Professional when booking an appointment; however, availability is subject to class schedules, attendance, and timing. Requests are not guaranteed.
- Requests must be made based on the Future Professional’s name or previous service history.
- We do not accommodate requests based on age, race, gender, or religion. Guests who do not request a specific Future Professional will be assigned based on availability and training needs.
We strive to deliver results that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your service, please speak with the Learning Leader who supervised your appointment.
If needed, a refinement service may be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. Refinements must be approved by a Learning Leader and the Experience Team.
Our Future Professionals love to showcase their work! Photos and videos may be taken to build their digital portfolios.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before your service begins.
While we love animals, only service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted in the Clinic Classroom.
Thank you for supporting our Future Professionals and helping us maintain a positive learning environment!
