New Guest Service Procedures

Due to COVID-19, we are taking additional steps to further ensure the safety of all guests, Future Professionals (students) and staff. Below you will find our new guest service procedures and precautions that will be implemented for all guest service appointments.

  • If you feel sick or have been around others who are sick, please stay home! We will ask if you or a household member has experienced symptoms prior to entering.
  • Guests are required to wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering.
  • Guests will be REQUIRED to complete the wellness for before any service can be rendered.  You can find that form HERE.
  • Appointments for guests must be pre-booked (no walk-ins).
  • All staff, students, and guests will be required to wear a face mask while inside.
  • To limit crowding in the lobby, guests will wait in your car and call 501-801-1833 upon arrival for further instruction.
  • Social distancing will be implemented, including using every other station.
  • We are now a cashless facility, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard are all accepted.
  • If you plan to tip, cash directly to the Future Professional is accepted, please bring correct change, as we will not be able to make change for you!  Thank you.
  • Only the person receiving the service is allowed in the building, no additional guests.
  • All staff have been Lucas-cide certified (infection control certification).
  • All high touch surfaces and areas will be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
  • All products and tools will be cleaned and disinfected between guests.
  • All design stations will be cleaned and disinfected between guests.
  • Our entire campus has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using EPA approved products.
