The person who gives me hair envy is..

  • I wish I could choose one but that's just not realistic for a hairstylist! When it comes to creativity my inspiration is Lucie Doughty, hands down! She's on a level of her own and is such a crucial aspect to our industry as a whole. Now on the business side, owner of Habit Salon, Chrissy Rasmussen is an amazing business woman. I love that she is a firm believer of advanced education and proves her passion by holding courses at her salon as well as using the internet as a teaching tool. And not to mention her marketing for her salon is beautiful!! Overall, my mentor, friend and career success coach is Nikki Ramos. She has been my go-to since day one and has always been an inspiration of the type of success I hope to be one day.

I pull style inspiration from...

  • Well first and foremost I have a pretty extensive Pinterest board that can tell you all about my style! But my style inspiration, I would say, is a combination of me as a person. Somedays I'm inspired by my culture and other days I'm inspired by a killer leather jacket I see on a girl at the grocery store! And that's what I love about having an indivisualized style. It doesn't have to be simplified into a category, but a depiction of what you feel at any moment.

To me, living beautifully means...

  • Living beautifully to me means living a life with gratitude and love.

The person who gives me hair envy is...

  • I don't get hair envy.

I pull style inspiration from...

  • Things all around me. I don't have one specific style.

To me, living beautifully means…

  • Taking advantage of all opportunities. Don't take a single moment for granted.
