Clinic Floor Learning Leader Role
The Clinic Floor Learning Leader runs and maintains all clinic floor operations. He or she oversees the clinic floor, Wash House, dispensary and Color Bar. The Learning Leader directs Future Professionals' clinic floor learning, facilitating mini-classes and learning centers that incorporate all multiple intelligences and creating a variety of clinic floor learning opportunities. He or she checks each service to ensure that all guest services include a consultation, add-on service and Take Home recommendations. Learning Leaders also coach Future Professionals to follow state board rules for sanitation and service safety.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have successful previous sales experience, as well as experience with Paul Mitchell products. He or she must be self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach Future Professionals in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, customer service resolution, teamwork, and beauty product sales. The candidate should also be knowledgeable and experienced in customer-focused service.
• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
• Current State of Missouri Cosmetology license and Instructors License
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
