Hello and welcome to Paul Mitchell the School Tulsa! We’re so excited that you are considering beauty school. If you’re interested in attending our school, here are the steps you should take to get things going!
The first step in the admissions process at PMTS Tulsa is coming in for a tour. We encourage all prospective students to schedule a tour here because we want them to see and feel our culture. There’s nothing like an in-person experience! When you come in, you will get to meet our staff, Learning Leaders, and current Future Professionals. You will also get to learn a bit more about our Cosmetology Program. Feel free to ask questions and get to know everyone here! We believe that the friends you make here will be with you through the years. Read our blog for more information on what questions you should ask while you’re here.
The second step is the financial meeting. We offer financial aid to those that qualify, as well as scholarships. Check out our page to get more info on what is available. The financial aid meeting is very important. In order to go to school, you must have a plan to pay for it! Our helpful staff can assist you in creating a plan and getting things going.
Next, you will fill out your application. Bring with you your high school diploma or proof of equivalence, a photo I.D., and your application fee. Other information may be required of you, so make sure you ask about what you will need on your tour!
Now you get to start enrollment! This is a huge step in your life. Bring a family member or friend with you on your journey to starting beauty school. This can be something you want to remember for the rest of your life! Welcome to PMTS Tulsa, Future Professional!

John Mosley AKA "Popular Nobody" spent the last three days at Paul Mitchell the School Tulsa. During his time here, he instructed two hands-on barbering classes, as well as two look and learns for our Future Professionals. Not only did he cover the fundamentals of creating a specialized men's cut, he also dropped some wisdom and provided plenty of laughter! A huge thank you to John Mosley and Hanzo Hattori's, Adam Reynolds for spending the last few days with us!
Our course can be completed in as little as 11 months. The course takes 1500 hours to complete.
