Paul Mitchell The School Esani is nationally accredited by National Accrediting Commissions of Career Arts & Sciences, Inc (NACCAS). The National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) is recognized by the United States Department of Education as a national accrediting agency for postsecondary schools and departments of cosmetology arts and sciences, and massage therapy, including those offered via Distance Education.

On June 1, 2026, the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) informed Paul Mitchell The School Esani that it was placed on Monitoring Status due to an error in its stated Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy for its 5-day Cosmetology Program. The error resulted in the Policy not being in compliance with NACCAS standards. The school has since corrected the stated SAP Policy, which will be re-evaluates by NACCAS at one of its upcoming Commission Meetings. Once our correction has been formally approved, the School will be removed from Monitoring Status. The school regrets the error and has already taken steps to strengthen its internal review procedures to avoid future errors.
