Winn Claybaugh and Cedric King
Winn Claybaugh believes everyone can achieve personal and professional success. His optimism is based on proven leadership practices in running his own company. A business owner for over 40 years, Winn is the founder, co-owner, and dean of Paul Mitchell Advanced Education, a franchisor of more than 100 cosmetology and/or barbering schools throughout the United States.
Master Sergant Cedric King joined the U.S. Army in 1995. During his 20-year career, he graduated from several distinguished schools, including U.S. Army Ranger, Jumpmaster, and Army Pathfinder schools. In 2012, during his second tour in Afghanistan, an IED caused internal injuries, permanent damage to his right arm and hand, and the amputation of both legs. Cedric now refers to that moment as his finest hour. Less than two years later, he completed the 2014 Boston Marathon and has completed in marathons, ultramarathons, and ironman triathlons. While recovering from his injuries, he completed his bachelor's degree and began sharing his story of perseverance and endurance as a speaker and author of "The Making Point."
