All services are performed by Future Professionals (students) under the supervision of a licensed instructor. Full-priced products are 100% guaranteed and may be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. Chemical services are guaranteed only when prescribed products are purchased.
For safety and compliance, chemical services are not performed on guests under the age of 16.
Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or older) in the service area for the entire duration of the service. Guests ages 13–18 must have a parent or guardian remain on-site during their appointment. Guardians of minors must also be present for consultations and required documentation.
Children and guests not receiving services are not permitted on the clinic floor and must remain supervised in the designated waiting area. Only service animals are permitted in the clinic classroom.
Service timing may vary based on educational needs and service type. Late arrivals may require adjustments or rescheduling. Refinement services must align with the original consultation.
Guest photos may be taken for educational and social media purposes; participation is optional and may be declined.
