The Temple, A Paul Mitchell Partner School first opened our doors back in 2005. Our beauty school is housed in a 15,000-square-foot, 100-year-old Masonic building located right in the heart of Fredericktowne. The exposed brick walls of our salon and classrooms are covered with original murals and hand-blown fixtures from local artists. With a modern and urban feel that also showcases historic beauty, our local community consists of a gorgeous and homey 50-block district rich with architectural and developmental interests.
The Temple is the perfect place to grow as an artist and launch your dream career!
Whether they're at home, in the classroom, or exploring Downtown Frederick’s 44-acre Baker Park, our students always have access to their assignments, the latest school news, and career advice from beauty industry leaders at their fingertips.
Our Future Professionals donate their time, talent, and energy to various Frederick County charities through cut-a-thons, fashion shows, and countless other fundraising events and philanthropic activities. We make a difference—and have fun doing it!
We want you to succeed. That's why our financial aid leaders are always available in-person at our Frederick campus to answer your questions and help navigate the application process.
At The Temple Frederick, A Paul Mitchell Partner School, education doesn't end at the classroom door. Our student-run Green Team teaches our school and local communities how to respect the Earth and find innovative ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Whether they're putting on hair shows at Frederick Fairgrounds, or organizing bake sales for charity by Brunswick, our students are always up to something fun.
