Paul Mitchell The School Las Vegas was honored with Silver for Best Trade/Technical School in the 2024 Best of Las Vegas Awards!

What does this mean? Out of every trade school in Las Vegas—across all industries—we ranked among the best. And when it comes to beauty education, we are the #1 school on the list! 

Winning this award is a testament to the dedication of our educators (we call them Learning Leaders), and school team who work tirelessly to provide an exceptional education experience. Thank you to everyone who voted and continues to support our school!

💖 $1 Million Raised for Charity: A Legacy of Giving

This year, we were proud to receive the Paul Mitchell Schools FUNraising Award for raising an incredible $1,065,522 over the past 20 years.

This milestone was made possible by the leadership of our owners—Margaret Cromeans, Eddie & Annie Safadi, and Partners—and the dedication of our Future Professionals, educators, and staff.

In addition, this year our school partnered with The Just One Project Las Vegas, a local charity supporting those facing food insecurity. We donated $825 to help provide essential resources for families and individuals in need across Southern Nevada.

Our commitment to giving back is what makes our school more than just a place of learning—it’s a place of impact.

🎭 Showstopping Events & Experiences

From runway shows to community fundraisers, 2024 was packed with unforgettable moments that brought beauty, creativity, and purpose together:

✨ A Runway Affair with Opportunity Village @oppvillagelv and J Mendel @j_mendel, honoring Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month with a stunning fashion show.

🥂 Annual Brunch Bash: Breakfast at Tiffany’s fundraising event with Nevada SPCA Animal Shelter @nevada.spca, raising funds for animal welfare while celebrating style and sophistication.

🐾 Nevada SPCA’s 4th Annual Neon Dog Walk—a major fundraiser helping save the lives of animals in Southern Nevada.

💄 Pat McGrath-Inspired Fashion Show—an in-house extravaganza where Future Professionals recreated iconic, avant-garde runway looks.

🎉 Super Service Days, Open Houses & Career Days—welcoming new Future Professionals, hosting industry leaders, and helping students kickstart their careers.

These events are more than just gatherings—they’re opportunities for our Future Professionals to gain hands-on experience, showcase their skills, and connect with the industry.

2024 brought exciting changes as we welcomed Dora as our new Education Leader! With her passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring, she’s already making a profound impact on our Future Professionals.

Her leadership ensures that our students receive the highest-quality education and industry preparation, setting them up for long-term success.

💼 Elevating Excellence: Reed Cromeans’ Visit

This year, we had the privilege of hosting Reed Cromeans, who spent a month working closely with our team and Future Professionals!

His mentorship elevated our team and Future Professionals skills in customer service, business operations, and real-world salon management, helping them confidently take their next steps in the beauty industry.

🌟 Steven Moody Masterclass & Social Media Feature

One of the most exciting moments of 2024 was hosting Steven Moody, who showcased his newest class exclusively for our school!

Not only did Future Professionals get to learn from one of the most respected names in the industry, but Steven was so impressed that he shared a reel featuring our school on Instagram: @hairmoody!

🎙️ A Special Visit from Winn Claybaugh

We were honored to have Winn Claybaugh, the co-founder of Paul Mitchell Schools, visit our campus in 2024. His words of encouragement, wisdom, and industry insights inspired and motivated our students and staff alike.
