Bella Capelli Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, has much to offer aspiring students in our cosmetology, esthetics, and teacher training programs. Students come to our beauty school in Robinson, PA, from all around Pennsylvania as well as neighboring communities in West Virginia and Ohio.
