In the center of eastern Idaho, and just minutes from the awe-inspiring Yellowstone National Park, Paul Mitchell The School Rexburg is the perfect place to grow as a stylist and launch your dream career.
Our 15,000-square-foot facility houses all of the modern technology and equipment that our beauty school Future Professionals need in order to prepare for their beauty careers. Our amazing staff of Learning Leaders has an abundance of experience training young beauticians, and they are all eager to help every Future Professional reach their goals.

Start your cosmetology education and learn real-world haircutting, coloring, styling, makeup, skin care, and nails. You’ll explore the fundamentals and theory in the classroom, then practice skills like braiding and other popular techniques in a salon environment, using professional products, tools, and skills.
Cosmetology (1600 hrs)
Barbering
Students in our barbering programs learn classic short haircuts as well as scissor and clipper-over-comb techniques, fades, tapers, and precision haircutting. They also learn short-hair color placements, short-hair styling techniques, customized beard grooming, and shaves.
Barber (900 hrs), Barber Stylist (1500 hrs)
Esthetics
Learn hands-on skincare techniques and theory in hair removal, waxing, brow design, makeup, facials, facial massage, use of facial machines, and skin therapy.
Esthetics (600 hrs)
Nail Technology
Students in our nails program learn about manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, fills, gels, tips, and creative designs, as well as the business skills needed in the nail industry.

Instructor Training
Our Teacher Training program uses various methodologies to teach instructors how to facilitate theory and practical lessons, along with the necessary skill sets to evaluate student performance with proper coaching and feedback, and to prepare students for their cosmetology, barbering, or esthetician state board examination.
