Membership Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Paul Mitchell Schools North Star Group Membership Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Fees:
- An enrollment fee of $30 is required to join the membership program.
- Members agree to pay a monthly membership fee of $10 via recurring credit card charges.
- Paul Mitchell Schools North Star Group reserves the right to adjust the monthly membership fee at any time after the first year of membership with at least 30 days notice.
Membership Benefits:
- Members are entitled to unlimited services including Roller Sets, Haircuts, Blowouts, Full Head Shaves, and Beard Trims by Phase 1 Future Professionals. Subject to availability.
- Members receive a 20% discount on all other regular menu priced services, products*, and tools. *Image products and other select items discounted at 10%.
- The membership discount cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- The student assigned to the member’s service will be determined by the school.
Terms and Conditions:
- Paul Mitchell Schools North Star Group reserves the right to change, or cancel benefits at any time.
- All services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed instructor.
- Services are subject to availability when requested without an appointment.
Membership Details:
- Membership enrollment and the one-time fee are non-refundable, non-assignable, and non-transferable.
- To cancel the monthly membership, contact the school directly.
*These terms and conditions will go into effect 5/1/2024 for all active members.
