Paul Mitchell The School Sacramento offers cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, and nail programs in our modern campus on the east side of Sacramento. Our 18,595-square-foot campus is located in the bustling Arden shopping district with a wide range of common and local specialty businesses drawing in the surrounding community. At our cosmetology school in Sacramento, you’ll be minutes from downtown Sacramento and close to neighboring areas like Arden, Rosemont, Rancho Cordova, and Elk Grove.

Start your cosmetology education and learn real-world haircutting, coloring, styling, makeup, skin care, and nails. You’ll explore the fundamentals and theory in the classroom, then practice skills like braiding, extensions, and other popular techniques in a salon environment, using professional products, tools, and skills.
Cosmetology (1000.00 hours)
Barbering
Students in our barbering programs learn classic short haircuts as well as scissor and clipper-over-comb techniques, fades, tapers, and precision haircutting. They also learn short-hair color placements, short-hair styling techniques, customized beard grooming, and shaves.

Esthetics
Learn hands-on skincare techniques and theory in hair removal, waxing, brow design, makeup, facials, facial massage, use of facial machines, and skin therapy.
Esthetics (600.00 hours)
Nails
Students in our nails program learn about manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, fills, gels, tips, and creative designs, as well as the business skills needed in the nail industry.
