Phase Two
Level 1: Core
Begin your experience in the safety and comfort of a classroom to learn the theory and technical basics that will form the core of your foundational skills. You’ll practice on mannequin heads and receive close, attentive Learning Leader coaching.
Level 2: Adaptive
Start bridging the gap between the theoretical knowledge of the classroom and the practical application of the clinic classroom to develop and hone your new skills under close supervision.
Level 3: Creative
It’s time to shine and prepare to become salon-ready by working more independently, exploring your creativity, and mastering more advanced skills as you prepare for the state board exam.
Phase Two
Phase Two is an advanced learning experience that focuses on hard and soft skill development and is offered during the Creative learning level. Phase Two provides elevated guest service experiences through an emphasis on time management skills and advanced technical abilities.
