Welcome to Our Clinic Classroom
We strive to create a culture of discovery and learning in our clinic classroom and respectfully request that everyone adhere to the following guidelines:
WAITING AREA
All guests not receiving a service need to wait in the waiting area, as our clinic classroom is an educational environment for learning.
For guests under the age of 18 receiving a service, a guardian must remain present during the consultation, to sign the release form, and then return to the waiting area unless otherwise directed by a Learning Leader.
For children under the age of 12, a parent or guardian (18 or older) must remain with the child for the duration of the entire service.
This helps ensure a safe, comfortable experience for both the guest and Future Professional.
CHEMICAL SERVICES FOR GUESTS UNDER 16
Professional chemical products used in our clinic classroom are not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. For this reason, chemical services are not performed on guests under the age of 16.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety, product guidelines, and a positive educational experience for all Future Professionals and guests.
TIME
All appointments are scheduled based on our Future Professionals’ learning style and current skill level. Service times may vary, and we ask that you plan accordingly.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust the requested service or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other scheduled guests.
Please allow additional time for a consultation. In some cases, guests scheduled for chemical services may be required to complete a strand test to help determine appropriate processing and service approach. Results may vary based on individual hair condition and service history.
REQUESTS
Guests may request a specific Future Professional when scheduling your appointment; however, requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to change based on availability, attendance, and service timing.
GUEST SATISFACTION
We are committed to providing a positive educational service experience. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to share your feedback with the Learning Leader who oversaw your service prior to leaving.
With the support of the Guest Experience Team, guests may be eligible for a refinement service within seven (7) days of the original service. Refinements are based on the original consultation and service outcome and will be reviewed and approved by a Learning Leader.
Additional services outside of the original consultation may be subject to standard service fees.
WIGS & EXTENSIONS
We currently do not provide services on wigs or any type of extensions.
PHOTOS
Our Future Professionals may take photos to document their work and build their professional portfolio. These photos may be used for educational and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your Future Professional or a team member prior to your service.
PETS
We love our pets; however, animals are not permitted in the clinic classroom. Service animals that are specifically trained to aid an individual with a disability as defined by applicable law are permitted.
