Student Clubs
Student Clubs in St Louis, MO
Student clubs are an integral part of our campus culture. Through voluntary participation (participation is entirely optional) in our student clubs, our Future Professionals have the chance to socialize with like-minded students, make a positive impact on our school community, and develop leadership and teamwork skills that will help them prepare for their future careers. Clubs are just one of the ways our Paul Mitchell Schools family is so special!
*All student clubs listed below may not be active. Please contact the school for more information regarding active clubs.
Be Nice Club
With a vision of inspiring positive change and elevating our world one person at a time, the Be Nice Club is a group of Future Professionals who love the Paul Mitchell Schools culture. They have a strong leadership presence and influence for good within the school, operating like a student council to address issues and build morale through fun and inspiring activities. Some responsibilities include planning and facilitating graduation and birthday celebrations, theme days, and supporting our annual FUNraising campaign.
DIGITAL JOURNAL CLUB
In today’s digital age, a strong online presence is essential for career growth. The Digital Journal Club helps students build digital portfolios that showcase their work, skills, and creativity. Club members discover industry trends and best practices, share ideas, collaborate on projects, and learn to connect with professionals in the cosmetology and digital marketing fields. Their digital journals become a visual record of their progress, reflecting the knowledge and skills they acquire along the way.
COMMUNITY EVENTS CLUB
The Community Events Club develops relationships with the community and provides volunteer opportunities for Future Professionals to practice their technical, presentation, networking, and communication skills. Club members engage with the local community, salons, and high schools to coordinate presentations, fashion shows, open houses, and career days. The club helps Future Professionals prepare for their careers and develop their business acumen while spreading our “Be Nice” culture throughout the community.
GREEN CLUB
Green Club members are committed to protecting the environment and making a difference in their school and community. With a focus on “reduce, reuse, recycle,” activities may include recycling efforts, educating the school on going green, fundraising for environmental causes, planting trees, and participating in cleanups. The club provides learning opportunities and activities to motivate the school and community to become involved in environmental conservation, protection, and beautification to save our planet.
