New Guest Service Procedures

Due to COVID-19, we are taking additional steps to further ensure the safety of all guests, Future Professionals (students) and staff. Below you will find our new guest service procedures and precautions that will be implemented for all guest service appointments.

  • If you feel sick or have been around others who are sick, please stay home!
  • We will ask if you or a household member has experienced symptoms prior to entering.
  • Guests are required to wash hands or use sanitizer upon entering. Upon
    arrival guests will be given a temperature check and sign a Wellness
    Protocols Form.
  • Appointments for guests must be pre-booked (no walk-ins).
  • All staff, students, and guests will be required to wear a face masks while inside.
    One will be provided for a small service charge for guests who do not have one.
  • Social distancing will be implemented, and we have added plastic dividers
    between stations on the clinic floor, & acrylic barriers in the nail bar
    and service desk.
  • To limit crowding in the lobby, guests will wait in the lower level lobby and text 314-361-8200
    upon arrival for further instruction.
  • Touchless payment options are encouraged (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
  • All staff and future professionals have been Barbicide certified (infection
    control certification) and Barbicide certified (COVID-19 certification).
  • All high touch surfaces and areas will be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
  • All products and tools will be cleaned and disinfected between guests.
  • All design stations will be cleaned and disinfected between guests.
  • Our entire campus is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized using EPA products on a
    regular basis.
