Paul Mitchell The School Michigan proudly provides cosmetology, esthetics, and instructor training programs at our 15,000-square-foot campus. Located just minutes from artistic and cultural attractions like the Detroit Institute of Arts and close to the M-53 highway and 18 Mile Road, our cosmetology school in Sterling Heights, MI, provides easy access to the entire Metro Detroit area as well as nearby cities like Clinton Township, Warren, Macomb and Shelby Township.

Learn More About Our CampusCosmetology
Start your cosmetology education and learn real-world haircutting, coloring, styling, makeup, skin care, and nails. You’ll explore the fundamentals and theory in the classroom, then practice skills like braiding, extensions, and other popular techniques in a salon environment, using professional products, tools, and skills.

Esthetics
Learn hands-on skincare techniques and theory in hair removal, waxing, brow design, makeup, facials, facial massage, use of facial machines, and skin therapy.
Esthetics (400.00 hours)
Teacher Training
Our Teacher Training program uses various methodologies to teach instructors how to facilitate theory and practical lessons, along with the necessary skill sets to evaluate student performance with proper coaching and feedback, and to prepare students for their cosmetology, barbering, or esthetician state board examination.
