Domingo, also known as DJ, studied at Paul Mitchell The School San Diego in 2007 and moved from San Diego to New York City in 2008 to pursue a career in editorial and fashion. He worked extensively in New York and assisted Serge Normant, and is currently a prolific editorial hair stylist working at John Frieda Salons. His close working relationship with Normant has been invaluable in forming his stylistic perspective and in broadening his technical abilities. After apprenticing for over four years with Normant, he has had the opportunity to work closely with many top editorial and celebrity clients. His client list includes Mick Jagger, Jennifer Aniston, Ellen Barkin, Katie Holmes, Helena Christensen, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Selma Hayek, Leslie Mann, L'Wren Scott, and Doutzen Kroes to name a few.
His winsome, inventive, and compelling point of view have opened significant doors for him in the editorial world, working with notable photographers including Patrick Demarchlier, Mark Seliger, Mariano Vivanco, Mary Ellen Matthews, and Henry Leutwyler. His work has also appeared in Vogue, Rolling Stone, Elle, Allure, Vanity Fair, Crash, Modern Luxury, Flaunt, Harper's Bazaar Russia, Interview, Marie Claire, Bullett Media, Seventeen, THAT, The Wild Magazine, Lovecat and O, The Oprah Magazine.
